Seller terms: All communication with buyers must stay on Bookbaay's messaging system — don't share your phone number or arrange a deal outside the platform. Bookbaay charges a 15% commission on your sale price, deducted when payment is settled. Buyers separately pay a flat ₹10 platform fee. Attempting to sell outside these terms may result in your account being suspended.

I agree to Bookbaay's seller terms — including the 15% commission and platform-only communication policy.
